Post 7: Changes to your Study Program
Well, I'm in my third year, so i don't have a global idea of the career, but I still have several things I'd like to see changed.
First of all, the number of subjects per semester is excessive, in Sound we have to take almost 10 subjects per semester. This is due to the fact that the curriculum is very badly done, we have subjects that could be grouped together in order to lighten the load.
Besides, they don't care if we learn or if we have good mental health, all they care about is that we pass our exams. With so many subjects, I don't even have time to study, I'm only worried about passing. I don't think this is the right thing to do, but I know it's a problem with education in general.
On the other hand, I feel that the University focuses more on theory and very little on the practical part. Because of the pandemic and social outbreak I have not been able to record anything in the studio (AND I'M FINISHING MY THIRD YEAR!).
I think everyone knows the infrastructure problems that the arts centre has, it has always been and always will be a topic of discussion.
In the use of technology we are also a bit behind, I have colleagues in other institutes who have modern equipment, while we still use old equipment.
All of this would improve if the faculty of arts were given more importance and received more money from the University of Chile.

Post 6 : Time Travel to the Future
So I think, if I travel to the near future (maybe 100-200 years), I will probably find a totally destroyed earth, with global warming at irreparable levels, flooded cities, destroyed flora and fauna, etc. I am not very optimistic.
But life on earth would continue after the society was extinguished. The fungi kingdom would do its work and slowly everything would return a little bit to the natural balance of the planet (obviously without humans).
Another scenario that I think is possible is that we start colonising other planets, that people with more power and money manage to "escape" the destruction of the earth and start living in Mars for example.
The future may not be so bad for humans, maybe I have been dramatic. But really, if we want to continue living on earth as we know it, we must do something about it. The clock is ticking and we are not taking responsibility for the almost irreparable damage we have done to our planet.
The future is now, and if we don´t do anything about the polution and global warming, there will be not future.

Post 4: A person I would like to meet
There are so many people I would love to meet, singers, musicians, drummers, important people.
If I have to choose one, in the whole world I think it would be Naomi Saalfield, known as "Palm Nai".
She is an Australian singer, she plays at Hiatus Kaiyote (one of my favourite bands).
I don't really know her personality, but I think she is very lovely, kind and good person (or at least that's how she looks).
I think she has one of the most beautiful voices in the world, and her way to play the guitar is awesome, I would ask her for a private concert and some improvisation.
Nai Palm had breast cancer, a very difficult disease. She never gave up, and in the end she was able to pull all through, a very admirable thing.
She is currently one of the most influential female artists of the moment, with several high-quality albums. She is simply awesome.
Also, meeting her or being her friend would help me to improve my English.

Post 3: My remarkable day
I really love my birthday, is the best day of the year.
Everyone shows you their affection to you, they say lovely things that make you feel good.
I remember my last birthday with love. My close family woke me up with a gorgeous breakfast, later my lovely girlfriend came home and we watch a movie while we ate lemon pie.
It was sushi at lunch, my favorite food. It was very delicious.
In the afternoon we set a little gig in my yard, my friends and I love play music. We improvise and sing all night, we had a really good time.
In the next day, my cousins and aunties came home. My family's meal are amazing, always are like 3 dessert and so much food. I love my family meeting.
I look forward to my next birthday to celebrate properly (It is in 13 days, I'm so anxious).

Post 2: My favourites concerts
I really love music so I have liked dozen of concert that could be in this post.
It came to my mind when I saw Arctic Monkeys in Lollapalooza, two friends and I waited the whole day to see them (I think it was about 12 hours of waiting). But all the waiting was totally worth it.
Also, Hiatus Kaiyote are one of my favourite band right now (as I said in the previous post). I had the opportunity to see them live.It was in the "Teatro la Cúpula" near the Movistar Arena, the theater isn't too big so the atmosfere was very intimate, the musicians were very close, the sound was excellent. I will never forget such incredible atmosphere.
The opening act was from "Como Asesinar a Felipes", a Chilean jazz/fusion that I also really enjoy, so that concert was perfect.
But the one that I wish I could go back in time is my last live concert before the Covid.
I went with two friends and some cousins to see Alex Anwandter, he is a Chilean pop songwriter that i have never had the chance to saw it.
We went to the "Blondie" and we had a really good time. I remember this concert with nostalgia because since then that i don't go to another live show.
I am looking forward to star going to gigs again.

I think that is one of the most exciting countries to go becouse it has beautiful landscapes, gorgeous beaches and the animals from there makes me crazy.
I actually don't know so much about it but it really catch my attention, my favourite band is from Australia so i would love to go to one or two concerts from Hiatus Kaiyote (And i would not mind if they are in the Sydney Opera House).
